  Have you ever walked into a Starbucks early in the morning and all the baristas were fully engaged in what was going on around them at that very moment???  
  
  That's what happened to me.  I walked in and they were singing, what the song was, I have no clue but they were an alert bunch.  I was able to order my coffee and my bacon egg bites and I'd say I waited under a total of five minutes for both!!  
  
  You cannot beat friendly fast service!!

  This is probably going to come off as super petty but to me, my pup matters most.
  
  I go to starbucks entirely way too much for a 20 year old. It is what it is. Half of the reason I come is to get a puppacino for my dog. My parents dogs are chihuahuas and the usual puppacino is fine (for literally all three of them) but my boyfriends dog is 90 pounds. She'll scarf a normal one down in about 5 seconds.
  
  Multiple times, at this location ONLY, have I gotten lectured and one time a flat out no for getting a puppacino in a tall. For the love of god if whipped cream is that expensive I'll pay extra. that's FINE! it makes my pup happy, which makes me happy. However I don't appreciate the side eyes and rude temperament when every once in a while they end up giving me a tall.
  
  Highly recommend the drive through on Elden street - every employee is full of smiles and joy (especially when they see how happy and drooly my big baby is with her puppacino!) and sometimes gives her seconds. I literally can't think of one employee at the Elden location that doesn't have the biggest smile on their face.
  
  I'm so sad I have to give up trying at this Starbucks because one of my favorites from Elden transferred to here. I hope her bright and lively attitude and smile helps out some of the other employees at this location.

  I've only ever been through the drivethru line. Staff are pleasant and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line for my drinks.
  
  They have a video screen for ordering in the mornings where you'll actually see your barista pop up on the screen as you're ordering! Handy for those who use ASL for communication.

  This is a fairly laid back Starbucks. Sure they have their morning rush, but it's nothing compared to Reston Town Center or downtown. I'm admittedly not the biggest fan of the chain, but every once in awhile, need an extra burst of caffeine. Their Christmas, Yukon, and Pike Place blends are the best that they have. Also their expensive but tasty mocha frappes, deliver great flavor with the boost too. Unfortunately many of their blends have a smoky aftertaste.
  
  Lots of comfortable seating here. Most people get "to go", so you can pick from a variety of spots. The free WiFi is a good feature, and it's a laid back coffee shop to read a book in. I like the employees at this location. They are friendly and extremely helpful. It's a clean place, and ultimately kept up, and being on the chill spectrum of Starbucks makes it a good decision. Still this chain charges far too much.

  Pablo provided exceptional customer service to me and my wife today. We were in separate cars going through the drive thru, we were both out of our routines and discombobulated, yet on a Monday morning he made us feel at ease. He gets it!
